The Seminole State College Business and Industry Program is currently enrolling for a Lifeguarding/CPR/AED/Lifesaving Course, which will begin July 27.

Those who participate and successfully complete the course will earn a Red Cross certification and one college credit. Cost for the class is $150. The class is split between online, classroom and in-pool learning over three days – three hours per day.

The class will first complete five hours of online learning/video instruction and three hours of classroom time at SSC from 9 a.m. to noon on July 27. Then the course will move to the Wintersmith Pool in Ada, Okla. where participants will complete six hours of in-pool learning from 9 a.m. to noon on July 28 and 29.
