Danish Students Get a Glimpse of Native History

As part of Seminole State College’s cultural and educational exchange program with College360° in Silkeborg, Denmark, SSC welcomed a delegation of 16 Danish students and instructors to campus last week. On Oct. 24, the visitors stopped by the Chickasaw Cultural Center in Sulphur to gain a greater understanding of Native American History. Danish students (l-r) Martin Bonde, Nicholas Bentzon and Lasse Kristensen took a moment to learn more about the Chickasaw language at one of the cultural center’s exhibits.
