Seminole State College will hold its’ 88^th Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 7, for students completing coursework requirements for their degree programs.

Seminole State College hosted the SSC Honors Luncheon on Tuesday, April 20 in the Enoch Kelly Haney Center. The event, sponsored by the SSC Educational Foundation, recognized outstanding students, campus leadership, retirees and employees reaching milestone years of employment. Honorees were allowed to briefly remove their masks in order to take photos with their awards.

Seminole State College Business and Industry recently hosted a trip to the Oklahoma Aquarium in Jenks for area high school seniors participating in the SSC/BancFirst Student Bank Board program.

Seminole State College will host the SSC Honors Luncheon on Tuesday, April 20 in the Enoch Kelly Haney Center. In years past, these honorees were recognized during the SSC Educational Foundation’s annual Spring Banquet. In an effort to accommodate social distancing, this year a separate event was created.

The SSC Aggie Club hosted its third annual SSC FFA Interscholastic Contest on Thursday, April 8. Nearly 300 students from across the state of Oklahoma participated in the event. Students competed in eight different contests – Animal Science Quiz Bowl, Milk Quality and Products, Electricity, Entomology, Environmental and Natural Resources, Floriculture, Homesite Evaluation, and Land Judging.

The Seminole State College Educational Foundation will host its 26^th Annual Spring Banquet on Thursday, April 29, at the Enoch Kelly Haney Center on campus. The event will be livestreamed on the SSC Facebook page.

Seminole State College will begin open enrollment for the 2021 fall semester on Monday, April 12. Students can also enroll for summer and upcoming intersession courses. A current class schedule can be viewed on the College’s website at www.sscok.edu.
