SSC Golfer to Compete in National Tournament

Seminole State College golfer Carson Newton of Seminole secured second place at the Southwest Central District Golf Tournament in Kansas City, Missouri, on May 7. He will now advance to the NJCAA National Tournament in Joplin, Missouri, from May 21 through May 24. Both the SSC men’s and women’s golf teams completed their seasons this month. The teams are led by Head Coach Ronnie Williamson and Assistant Coach Kenneth Lupp.
